We use your information to provide, operate, and improve services, process payments, communicate with you, personalize your experience, monitor security, and comply with legal obligations.

AI and Machine Learning Features

Certain BlueFunda products — including ABAPer and BlueFunda AI — process customer SAP code snippets and natural language prompts using third-party AI providers. Only the content needed to fulfill each request is transmitted; no additional personal data is sent unless you include it yourself. Customer data submitted via our APIs is not used by Anthropic or Groq to train their models, in accordance with their API terms of service and data processing agreements. All LLM inference is performed in the United States. Current AI providers: Anthropic and Groq. For questions about how your data is used in AI features, contact legal@bluefunda.com.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with service providers — including hosting providers, analytics tools, payment processors, and the AI/LLM providers listed in the AI and Machine Learning Features section above — legal authorities when required by law, or parties involved in business transfers such as mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring.

Sub-Processors

We use the following sub-processors to deliver our services. Anthropic: LLM inference for ABAPer and BlueFunda AI (United States). Groq: LLM fast inference (United States). Hetzner Cloud: infrastructure hosting (EU and United States). Cloudflare: CDN, DNS, and DDoS protection (United States). Google Analytics and GTM: website analytics (United States). Enterprise customers operating under GDPR may request our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) by contacting legal@bluefunda.com.

Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined or as required by law.

Your Rights

Under GDPR (EU/EEA), you can access, correct, delete, restrict processing, request data portability, or withdraw consent. Under CCPA/CPRA (California), you can access, delete, or opt-out of data sharing. Contact us at legal@bluefunda.com.

Security

We implement the following safeguards to protect your information: encryption in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher; encryption at rest using AES-256; role-based access controls following the principle of least privilege; access logging and monitoring. In the event of a confirmed data breach that affects your personal data, we will notify affected customers within 72 hours of becoming aware, consistent with GDPR Article 33. No system is completely secure. To report a potential security issue, contact legal@bluefunda.com.

International Data Transfers

If you access our services outside the USA, your information may be transferred internationally with adequate protections.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Contact us to remove any collected data.
